To Whom it May Concern: In the spring of 2009 the majority of our lattice surrounding our in ground pool was severely damaged by a wind storm. We made a decision to replace the entire fence. Since fencing is not an everyday item to purchase, it was necessary for us to investigate who was in the community. The initial scope of our investigation required someone to educate us of the market regarding products, costs, installation, etc. We selected four different companies in the community from large to small in size. After our first consultation with R. Perry Fence Co who was the last of the four companies, our decision was easily made. His response time was excellent and convenient to both of us as we both work. He was totally prepared on the 1st visit to show samples and pictures of products in the selection on our replacement fence. The next process was for measuring the area and outlining where and size of gates and they were prepared. They could not give us an exact quote because we had selected an aluminum product, but he did give us a ball park guess. Within a day we had the formal quotation and it was w/in 5% of the ball park amount. Since we had developed such a comfort level w/ the salesman, we immediately agreed upon the price which we felt was extremely fair and affordable. Since we selected a product not normally carried in their warehouse, we waited approx a week for delivery of the materials. Two days after delivery, I met the installment crew prior to installation as they requested a final review before proceeding. This was a diverse crew as it included a female. For two days they labored on the two hottest days of spring very meticulously and professionally and seemingly w/out a break. They removed and disposed of the old fence w/ no remnants of any lattice, wood, nails or screws. The new fence is impeccable. We are so proud of our fence that we will extend an offer that anyone desiring to view our fence to just let us know in advance when you are coming.
