Being a local company, you can have peace of mind, that if you have questions or need help, we are only a phone call away. Or, you may email your questions using our contact page. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8-4:30. We keep our office staffed with knowledgeable people who can assist you right away. If we can't find an answer for you right away, we will contact DogWatch directly to get answers and get back to you. No one wants to talk to a machine or be on hold "for the next available assistant".
When you purchase your DogWatch system you are automatically put on our call list for battery renewals. Approx one month before your battery is due, you will receive either by phone or email, a reminder that your battery is due. You can pick it up at the office or we will be happy to mail them out for you.
We always keep in stock items such as, additional receivers, batteries, collars etc. So if you need something, we'll have it for you. We don't like to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery and you shouldn't have to either.
We understand your pet is family, and that's how we treat our customers, like family. You are welcome to bring your pet to the office with you when stopping by for supplies or just to visit. Our office doggie Belle always like to see new friends!!
